PenSeal WB is the waterborne version of PenSeal. It is a mixture of silane, siloxane and synthetic resins designed to impart water repellency to inorganic substrates such as mineral construction materials (concrete and masonry). In this respect, it differs from conventional (mono-functional) water repellents. The pores of the substrate remain open and water vapour diffusion is unaffected.
