Thanks for purchasing one of our products.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase at your own cost. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.  Partially used products can not be returned unless the product is found to be faulty, or unfit for the purpose for which it was purchased. 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The purchase price, less shipping and handling costs will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.  We will be unable to refund your purchase if you simply change your mind.

As some of our products are classified as dangerous goods, Illawarra Coatings will only use couriers who are accredited to handle and carry such goods. Our courier of choice is TNT. Due to increased freight cost in recent months, order totals below $250.00 will incur a shipping charge based on your location. Order over $250.00 will enjoy free shipping.

Free local pickup from our Appin NSW site is available subject to CoVID19 restrictions that may be in force from time to time.
